How Do We Assist?

• Initial Assessment

The initial assessment of the problems will be carried out at our first meeting. Analysis of the identified problems will determine the Turn Around Specialists skills required. A proposal outlining a preliminary action plan will be submitted. If accepted, a brainstorm workshop will be held to determine the specific requirements.

• Turn Around Workshop

This brainstorm workshop will merge top management’s in-depth business knowledge with the Turn Around Specialist’s consultants problem-solving skill set to develop an appropriate, customised turnaround plan. This is a structured process that will determine the changes and actions required to turn your business around to where you want it to be in the future.

• Action Plan

The Turn Around Specialist consultant and the client will formalize the proposed turnaround action plan. This will then be set up as a project managed solution.

• Mentorship and Implementation

The client executes the turnaround plan. Turn Around Specialist’s consultants will mentor the client during the implementation of the agreed turnaround plan. Turn Around Specialists will provide an ongoing assistance programme including progress review meetings and ad hoc assistance. The mentorship is vital to implement the turn around plan. Eighty percent of companies that employ conventional consultants fail due to an unstructured implementation strategy.

• Hours allocated

A total of 192 hours over a one year period will be allocated to supplying mentorship and implementation assistance of the action plan. The fee will be at an affordable rate that won’t bankrupt you as conventional consultant rates would affect a small to medium enterprise. The payment will be a monthly installment for this period.
